The predecessor is HETD Pharm&Chem Co.,Ltd., established in 1996 as an API manufacturer, is a process R&D and manufacturing company with a complex manufacturing site comprised of a multi-purpose production plant, a fully equipped state of the art R&D Centre, a modern QC laboratory and pilot production plant.

Nowadays HETA Pharm has expanded its scope of activity in the area of synthetic organic chemistry to include the contract manufacture of selected products for export and R&D of newly developed API processes.The plant is designed with a flexible production capacity that enables it to produce both small and commercial-scale batches.

HETA Pharm is unique in China for its focus on scientific research and development as well as for its cooperation with national universities,the fully equipped research and development (R&D) center that collaborates with distinguished scientist from China and abroad in the development of newly synthetic chemical processes. Products, active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates, produced by these processes fully comply with international pharmacopoeia and meet international regulatory and environmental requirements.
